Nabil Wahhab is an Accredited Specialist in Family Law.
Nabil has practised exclusively in Family Law for nearly 25 years. A graduate of Macquarie University with an Honours degree in Law and Economics (majoring in Finance), Nabil’s expertise is in advising and representing clients on complex financial matters involving trusts and companies.
Nabil has an impressive track record of representing the interests of a wide range of high net worth individuals as well as third parties in complex property settlements involving Trusts, Blind Trusts, Companies, Partnerships and other structures.

Catherine Parks, Special Counsel
Catherine is an Accredited Specialist in Family Law. Catherine is also a trained Collaborative Lawyer.
Catherine joined York Law in November 2018. Prior to that Catherine worked in two national family law firms working exclusively in Family law.
Catherine has practiced exclusively in Family Law since 2004.
Catherine is focussed on meeting her client objectives. She is practical and commercial in her approach to client’s issues.

Leanne Mastrofilippo, Senior Solicitor
Leanne graduated from the University of Technology Sydney (UTS) with a Bachelor of Law (Honours). Her Honours Thesis was on the shared parenting provisions in the Family Law Act 1975. In 2009 Leanne was awarded the Inner West Law Society Award in Ethics and Professional Conduct.
Leanne has worked exclusively in Family Law since 2011.
Leanne has a broad range of experience in all areas of Family Law, including property settlement, child support, spouse maintenance, parenting proceedings with allegations of abuse, intractable conflict or parental alienation.
